Southwell Racecourse

Following extensive flooding by Storm Babet in October 2023. We have completely refurbished most of the ground floor of the racecourse including The Pantry, Syndicate Lounge, The Hotel,

Stable Manager’s offices,Grandstand, Goods In, Golf Club and Tatts Entrance. Phase I - The Pantry Working closely with the Designer on this project the Pantry was completely stripped out and remodelled and reconfigured to provide two new bars and extensive internal fit out, Including new kitchen, new ceilings new wall panelling, new doors internal and external.and glazing.and decorations through out. Phase II - Syndicate Lounge, Grandstand, The Hotel, Stable Managers Offices, Golf Club, Goods In, and Tatts Entrance These areas were completely stripped out too due to the flood damage.Working closely with the Designers we extensively remodelled these areas including new bars,,ceilings, glazing, floors and decoration through-out. All these works were carried in a six month period enabling Southwell Racecourse to re-open to its full capacity for Ladies Day 18th August 2024.
