Working alongside Lyall and Lyall Architects and Bayliss Consulting Engineers, the project was delivered to an elated client one year later. In a restricted and confined space within the basement we constructed numerous piles to carry the five storey steel frame whilst simultaneously adapting the

existing structure to a more modern, open-plan look. After the brickwork and roof was installed we began tackling the finishes and the building quickly transformed into a contemporary and stylish base for our client.
