This project was the third installation we have carried out for our client Alloga. Alloga AP9 situated in Sutton in Ashfield consisted of installation of high bay racking, sprinklers (in-rack and external) along with associated mechanical and electrical works to the 16,458m2 warehouse. Works also included new offices and welfare fit out.

After the successful refurbishment after major flood damage,  Southwell Racecourse were able to be fully operational for their annual Ladies Day. BKPS sponsored one of the races with Derry Building Services and a good day was had by all

After construction and extension of Bellway Homes Newcastle Office, we have started works on the fit out of Bellway Home Space which manufactures the timber frames for Bellway Homes. The works also includes the fit out of the existing ground and first floor to create high spec office space.

The contract value is £3.9 million and will be complete July 2025

We are working again with Alloga to fit out their new warehouse at Sutton in Ashfield. The works are valued at £6m and consist of a racking, sprinklers, HVAC and lighting to the warehouse with the existing office space being remodelled into welfare and individual offices.
